Suzuki offers a very comprehensive warranty with their vehicles and were going to take a look at the warranty you get when purchasing a Suzuki Vitara.

 

The Warranty

Every Suzuki is sold with a 5 year / 200 000km warranty and a 4 year / 60 000km service plan.

  • Warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for the warranty period.
  • Warranty begins at date of first registration.
  • Warranty will only be valid if all services kept up to date and done at authorised Suzuki dealership.

 

What the warranty does not cover

  • Brakes
  • Clutches
  • Certain drive train components
  • Fluid refills
  • Key fob batteries
  • Windshield wipers
  • Tyres
  • Damage due to negligence
