The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2 of 2000 gives effect to the right of access to information held by another person and required for the exercise or protection of rights.
Should you wish to request any information or documentation from AutoTrader, there are certain procedures prescribed by PAIA that you will need to follow.
