We can confidently say that from our observations, provided the maintenance schedule has been followed, the Urban Cruiser is a fairly reliable vehicle with next to no major issues popping up. There have been reports of small rattles and lower fuel economy, but those cases are debatable and exceptions to the overall ownership experiences.
