6 Hyundai Tucson accessories you didn’t know you needed

The Hyundai Tucson has already received a sports treatment in the form of the N Line kit but apart from the N Line treatment, what other accessories can you get for your Tucson?

An ambitious look sets apart the latest Hyundai Tucson from its competition. Hyundai's Tucson follows the company's "Sensuous Sportiness" design language, what with the parametric jewel design front fascia. My colleague Ané Albertse reviewed the Tucson 2.0D Elite, and you can peruse her thoughts here.

Apart from the head-turning front fascia, the Tucson's exterior is adorned with chiselled body lines and other design cues to stand out. Inside, the Tucson's interior employs a theme inspired by waterfalls theme. Quality materials are found throughout the cabin, and touch controls have been emphasised for the infotainment and aircon controls. Elite models come equipped with a panoramic sunroof to let the sunshine in. There's a high level of specification with the Tucson, but what other accessories can you get for the Tucson? While you're at it, if you're considering a Tucson, why not search AutoTrader for one and sell your car too?

1. Two Channel Dash Cam

A dash camera is an invaluable device to have in your car, especially in an accident situation where footage from the camera will help with an insurance claim.

2. Towbar (CANBUS)

If you need to tow items, then this tow bar is exactly what you need, and yes, you can tow with a Tucson. The CANBUS helps with electrical connections for your towing needs.

3. Boot Butler

If you absolutely need to organise your boot area, the Boot Butler is here to help. Perhaps you keep files in your Tucson, or maybe a change of clothes, or you just need to separate your groceries and keep things from tumbling around in your boot.

4. Pro Ride Bike Carrier Excl. Roof Rack

Cycling is a popular activity, and if you need to haul some bicycles around, this bike carrier will make life easier and transport your bicycles properly and carefully.

5. Safety Film (Window Tint)

Apart from improved aesthetics, the Llumar safety film protects you not only from smash-and-grab incidents but also helps with harsh sunlight. Two wins in one go.

6. Steel Nudge Bar

If you tend to be out in the wilderness or just want a tougher look on your Tucson, then a nudge bar would be an excellent accessory to consider.
