UTV’s are easy to manouvour through fields and on site. They are also quite practical. Kubota has just introduced a new offering in the form of the RTV-X112D. Performance where it counts

The RTV-X112D is a step up in power, torque, performance, and style, the new RTV-X1120D has everything you need to get the job done, including a rugged and dependable 20kW diesel engine. The 3-cylinder liquid cooled diesel engine is Kubota-built and trail-proven and has a well-earned reputation for dependable performance. Furthermore,  Kubota has an impressive track-record when it comes to variable hydraulic transmissions, more than any other Utility Vehicle manufacturer. The engine torque is maximized through the advanced variable displacement HST motor, resulting in a wider torque band. The now larger oil cooler enhances the performance and durability through cooler operating temperatures.

Go anywhere with ease

The RTV-X112D raises the bar with 263mm of ground clearance. It also boasts around 205mm of suspension travel. This enables you to glide over the bumps rather than through them. True 4-wheel drive with a limited-slip front differential and a locking rear differential help reduce wheelspin to a minimum, giving you greater control and a smoother ride on rough or muddy terrain. The RTV-X112D also makes use of Multi- disc wet brakes which provide longer brake life.

Cabin comfort

Comfort begins the moment you step into the driver’s compartment and settle into the seat. The RTV-X112D  was designed for driving comfort and convenience under tough working conditions. Designers have added more room for your legs and the controls now fall naturally under your hands. Add to that plenty of utility storage space and the cabin becomes a real treat for any operator. Added niceties include the updated digital meter which is now brighter, with large, easy-to-read indicators. This digital meter cluster will keep you informed of all critical driving information, including speed, hours, and kilometers traveled. Furthermore, this model is fitted with responsive hydrostatic power steering.

What about work?

It’s not just about getting you there and back. You need to get your stuff there and back, as well. The RTV-X112D has a heavy duty steel cargo box that can do that for you. It can carry up to 500kg of whatever you need to transport. Cargo tie-down hooks help keep your gear secure. Further convenience comes with the flick of a single lever and the hydraulic-lift cargo box rises and your cargo slides out. Dump sand, gravel, turf, or just about anything you can think of.
