The Alfa Romeo Stelvio was the Italian brand's first venture into the SUV market, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My colleagues have reviewed the Stelvio, and you can check out the reviews here. Along with that, here's everything you need to know about the Alfa Romeo Stelvio.

Alfa Romeo has long been in the business of crafting cars that ooze passion, and the Stelvio is no exception. Looks that garner love at first sight, the kind of interior design you'd only find in a cosy Italian villa and memorable driving dynamics that have been regarded as best in class. You have a choice between a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol mill in Veloce spec (206 kW / 400 Nm) or a 2.9-litre turbocharged petrol V6 (375 kW / 600 Nm) with an 8-Speed automatic transmission and in all-wheel drive for both models. Pretty pokey, we think, but are these vehicles expensive to repair?

Verdict

Compared to its competition, interestingly, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio in 2.0T Veloce trim is regarded as one of the most affordable cars to maintain, according to the aforementioned AA Spare Parts Pricing guide. This is familiar for Alfa Romeo, though, as even the Giulia saloon also received the same accolade. We can comfortably say that the Alfa Romeo Stelvio isn't expensive to maintain.
