The name Jeep Wrangler conjures up images of hardcore off-roading adventure. It is a very capable machine that can take you to some amazing places.

Despite being an off-road biased machine, it still needs the same maintenance that a road going car does. Replacing a brake light bulb is very easy and can be done in a matter of minutes.

You will need:

  • Replacement double filament bulbs for make and model
  • No.3 Phillips Screwdriver

Let's get it done

1. Locate taillamp assembly

2. Remove only the two inside screws

3. Slide the assembly sideways

4. Twist holder to remove

5. Remove bulb holder to access bulbs

6. Exchange bulb

7. Reassemble in reverse order
