Replacing the headlight bulb in your Ford Transit is a relatively easy task. With just a few handy items you can have bright lights again, and we can show you how its done.

 

You will need:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Integral bulbs of correct wattage and size
  • Soft cloth

 

Let's get it done

 

1. Open the bonnet

 

2. Using the screwdriver remove the retaining screws at the front and rear of the headlight assembly

 

3. Remove headlight assembly and disconnect the main wiring plug

 

4. Remove the rubber cover

 

5. Twist and remove the main bulb, Replace with new bulb

 

6. Assemble in reverse order and test unit to ensure proper function
