Porsche’s 718 Cayman range was introduced in 2016 and is thought by many to be an even better driver than its bigger brother the 911. Whichever model you prefer you are going to want the best visibility you can get while driving around town so keeping your wiper blades in good condition is of utmost importance.

The wiper blades will need to be changed every year to keep them working at their best. You can save yourself a few Rands by getting your hands dirty and tackling the exchange yourself by following our tutorial below.

You will need:

Replacement wiper blades for your model
Soft cloth

Let's get it done

1. Start on the driver's side as this is the longer of the two blades

2. Lift the blade up and depress the clip

3. Pull the blade upwards away from the holder

4. Replace the new blade in reverse operation

5. Repeat on passenger side

6. Test to ensure smooth operation
