Is the Toyota Urban Cruiser a seven-seater?

If you're keen on an Urban Cruiser, how many of your kin can ride along?

Buying a Car1 min read

We get it—everyone's buying Toyota Urban Cruisers (or Suzuki Grand Vitaras), so there has to be something special about these two cars, right?

Absolutely. The Urban Cruiser (which is the Grand Vitara's mechanical twin) is a great compact SUV in its own right. You can read all about it here in my review.

All other reviews of the latest Urban Cruiser can be read here.

The Urban Cruiser is a real multi-tasking SUV with ample space in the cabin and the boot.

How many people does the Toyota Urban Cruiser seat?

The Toyota Urban Cruiser seats five people, not seven.

It has a spacious interior with ample legroom and headroom for passengers of all heights. The rear seats can also be folded down in a 60/40 split to increase the boot space from 350 litres to 800 litres.

Fold the rear seats flat, and you have a huge area available to you for whatever you need to transport.
