Maintenance costs
The Tiggo 8 Pro was only launched in February 2022 and at the time of compiling, all models were still covered by the included 5-year/60 000 km service plan that is included as standard with the Tiggo 8 Pro. The model is also sold with a comprehensive 10-year/1-million-kilometre engine warranty which is only afforded to the first owner and is not transferrable. The vehicle further carries a 5-year/150 000 km general warranty for the remainder of the period.
Should you happen upon a higher mileage example whose service plan has expired, you will be required to foot the bill for upcoming work that needs to be carried out. It's always advisable to take a vehicle back to the dealership for the services that fall under warranty as it will help safeguard the future value of the vehicle and the dealership will be able to address any recalls or warranty claims.
