Towards the middle of 2024, Chery introduced a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to two derivatives in the Tiggo 4 Pro range. The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro LiT and Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Elite variants fitted with this transmission offer a 1.5-litre, turbocharged, 4-cylinder petrol motor producing 108 kW and 210 Nm of torque. One key reason behind the success of the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro range is how well the models are specified as standard, not only in terms of comfort and technology but also safety features. However, there are some differences in specifications based on the trim level you choose. For instance, the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro DCT in the LiT trim will provide owners with two airbags.
But the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro DCT in the Elite trim will provide at least six airbags, two front and side airbags for the front occupants and two curtain airbags that extend to the rear of the cabin, benefitting the rear occupants as well. Other safety features include ABS brakes, traction and stability, and hill-start assist, to name a few.
