The Renault Clio is a popular compact car that has been in production since 1990. The latest model, the fifth-generation Clio, was released in 2019. It features a sleek design, with a sporty front grille and LED headlights, and a spacious interior with advanced technology features.

It is no secret that South Africans love to tow things, whether it be a small camping trailer or their favorite lifestyle toy, the car they buy has to have the ability to tow. We did some research and found that although the Clio does not have a tow-bar from the showroom floor, the dealership can have one fitted for you. But what of the Renault Clio 5? Can it tow and how much?
