The price of each infringement

Tell me about the AARTO demerit point system
Contrary to popular belief, the AARTO demerit system is yet to be implemented and in August 2023, Monde Mkalipi, spokesperson of the Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA), stated that the system will be rolled out in July of 2024. The delay comes as the Department of Transport intends on creating an education programme surrounding the system while adopting a multi-phase approach to its implementation. Once the system is in place, a driver who accumulates 15 points will have their licence suspended for three months. What is the speed limit in the absence of any signs?
