Toyota's RAV4 has stood the test of time and the latest model has been a global sales success. Toyota has also added a hybrid derivative into the mix recently, which offers unbeatable value.
Should you be faced with the fortunate dilemma of not knowing which colour RAV4 to pick, we can help:
There are nine colours in total and only two are optional. In this instance, they don't cost extra, but are available on special order and you may have to wait a little while longer for your RAV4 if you specify one of these shades: Caribbean Blue and Attitude Black.
If you choose a RAV4 in GX-R trim, you have five colours to pick from: 1. Graphite Grey Metallic, 2. Attitude Black (optional), 3. Caribbean Blue (optional), 4. Cinnabar Red, or 5. Urban Khaki. Here are the GX-R models in this specific order:
1. Graphite Grey Metallic shows the RAV4's chiselled sheet metal off beautifully.
2. Attitude Black looks slick and sexy - but gets a little too hot in summer, perhaps.
3. Caribbean Blue is bright and cheerful and certainly stands out in the parking lot!
4. Cinnabar Red is a stunning metallic shade that also draws attention.
5. Urban Khaki is one of my favourite colours for the RAV4, and it doesn't show dirt very easily.
Other colours for the rest of the line-up include 6. Glacier White, 7. Pearl White Metallic, 8. Chromium Silver, and 9. Moonlight Ocean Metallic.
6. You can't go wrong with Glacier White if you plan on reselling. White is always a winner!
7. Is solid white too boring? This Pearl White Metallic shade is the answer, it's gorgeous and you won't have issues finding a buyer.
8. Chromium Silver is a safe bet - you won't tire of it and it will be easily sold later.
9. Moonlight Ocean Metallic is rather special and I know it would be on my top 3 list of colours.
