The BMW M2 Competition offers practicality as well as performance driving for those who need their daily dose of power. But you can make it cooler still, with a few optional extras...
1. BMW ConnectedDrive Services package
This is the quintessential BMW package that keeps you connected. Includes BMW's Concierge Services (gives you access to a BMW Call Centre who will act as your 'personal assistant' on the road, Real Time Traffic Information, ConnectedDrive Services (internet and internet-based apps), and Remote Services (allowing you to lock and unlock your car remotely, find your car, or activate climate control from your phone).

2. Seat heating for driver and front passenger
You get seat-heating and then you get BMW seat-heaters that heat not only the base of the seat, but also the portion of the backrest that comes in contact with your lumbar area. A worthwhile specification if you're one of those people who are always cold (like me). Steering wheel heating can also be specified at R 2 750.

3. M Sport brakes
When you have this much horsepower at your disposal, a pair of M Sport brakes will help reduce your stopping distance if you're prone to "give it horns" from time to time!
4. M Driver's Package
Increase the top speed from 250km/h to 270 km/h with the M Driver's Pack. A bit expensive when there's no Autobahn where you can truly stretch the Bimmer's legs, but now that we are burning rubber as well as money, why not? The added bonus is that this package incudes a voucher for BMW M Intensive Training as part of the BMW Driving Experience.
5. Hi-Fi Loudspeaker Harman/Kardon sound system
What's an expensive BMW without a decent sound system? This Harman/Kardon system will enhance your ownership experience and ensure many pleasant hours of aural pleasure while sitting in traffic, or taking your favourite road trip.
"The HiFi loudspeaker system Harman Kardon works with an external amplifier in the luggage compartment delivering an output of 360 watts. It consists of a total of 12 loudspeakers: Two mid-range speakers are located on each of the front door and in the back shelf, as well as one mid-range speaker in the instrument cluster, two tweeters in the mirror bases, two on the back shelf, as well as one tweeter in the instrument panel. Both central subwoofers are under the front seats."
