The name 'OMODA' is a portmanteau of the Latin route 'O' for oxygen and 'MODA', which stems from the word 'modern'. The brand with this name focuses on modern and fashionable vehicles with vitality. The brand certainly is aiming for the youth seeking a chic vehicle and for families, too. Their C5 model is here to deliver on the brand's mission. Here are the top 3 things you need to know about the Omoda C5:

1. It's Very Stylish

The C5 does live up to its fashionable element, as the exterior design is quite eye-catching. The designed language is labelled as 'Art In Motion'. A solid yet sleek side profile, a pronounced front fascia with a diamond-shaped pattern grille and daytime running lights. The style isn't just limited to the exterior but also the interior. The interior is quite functional and loaded with technology. Apart from the sleek dashboard and well-padded seating,  there's a 10.25" infotainment touchscreen. If you opt for the Elegance and Elegance S models, you can have an 8-speaker Sony sound system. Do you want a 64-colour ambient lighting system? It's there in the C5.

2. It's Very Safe

The C5 was awarded a five-star safety rating by ANCAP (Australasian New Car Assessment Program), displaying a high safety standard. The C5 scored 87% for Adult Occupant Protection, 88% for Child Occupant Protection, and 68% for Vulnerable Road User Protection. The six airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors and driver assistance systems in the Elegance models and up are all attributed to that five-star rating. Here are the top 3 safety features.

3. It's affordable

The C5 is well priced and comes backed with a 5-year /70 000km service plan and a 5-year /150 000km mechanical warranty. Additionally, there's a 10-year/ 1 million km engine warranty included. Pricing is as follows:
