The BYD ATTO 2 DM-i adopts the latest evolution of the brand's design language, blending sophistication with traditional SUV cues. Measuring 4,330 mm in length, the compact crossover features a bold front fascia with full-LED headlights, ultra-slim daytime running lights and a distinctive grille treatment that creates a strong road presence.
The sculpted bodywork incorporates pronounced character lines, lower body cladding and a floating roof design that enhances its sporty appearance. Aluminium roof rails on the Dynamic derivative further reinforce its SUV credentials, while a rear roof spoiler and a full-width LED light bar contribute to a modern, aerodynamic profile. Inside, the BYD ATTO 2 DM-i offers a surprisingly premium environment for the segment. Power is delivered through a front-wheel-drive system producing 122 kW and 300 Nm of torque. This allows the compact SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 9.1 seconds while reaching a top speed of 180 km/h.
The battery has a capacity of 7.8 kWh and offers a claimed electric driving range of up to 40 km on the WLTP combined cycle. In combination with the 1.5-litre petrol engine, BYD claims an average fuel consumption of 5.1 L/100km and a total range of 930 km from the 45-litre fuel tank and a full charge. Charging performance is equally competitive, with support for 3.3 kW AC charging.
