The Axial-Flow 260 Series spans Classes 7, 8, and 9, offering a range of power outputs to suit farms of different sizes. At the top of the range, the 9260 model delivers a staggering 466kW, ensuring that even the heaviest crop loads and toughest field conditions won't slow you down.

The integrated Harvest Command automation system represents a paradigm shift in how we approach the field. By utilising a network of sixteen advanced sensors, the combine monitors everything from grain loss to engine load in real-time. It doesn’t just tell the operator what is happening; it acts. Depending on the farmer's priority - be it maximising throughput, ensuring pristine grain quality, or maintaining a steady pace - the machine automatically adjusts its own settings. It effectively turns every operator into an expert, ensuring the machine runs at peak efficiency from sunrise to long after the stars come out.

Inside the cab, the environment is one of refined control. The introduction of the Pro 1200 Dual Displays brings a high-definition, cinematic clarity to the harvesting process. These anti-glare screens allow the operator to monitor machine vitals on one side while managing precision mapping and grain quality imaging on the other. With the FieldOps Connect suite, this data isn't trapped in the cab; it flows seamlessly to the farm office, allowing for real-time decision-making that can impact the bottom line of the entire operation.

4. Optimised for Efficiency

Efficiency in the 260 Series extends beyond the rotor. The engineering team has addressed the perennial bottleneck of grain handling with a staggering 14,400-litre grain tank. When it's time to empty, the unloading system moves at a blistering 159 Litres per second. This means a full tank can be cleared in about 100 seconds, significantly reducing the time spent idling at the headlands and keeping the headers in the crop where they belong.

Case IH has also taken a stand against soil compaction with the innovative ActiveTrac system. This four-roller, hydraulic, suspended-track design offers a footprint that is 14 per cent larger than that of traditional fixed-track models. By spreading the machine's immense weight more evenly, ActiveTrac ensures the soil remains healthy and aerated for next season’s planting.
