Introducing the latest New Holland CR10 and CR11: The New Standard for Harvest

New Holland is redefining the future of harvesting with the latest additions to the Twin Rotor family: the all-new CR10 and CR11 combines. Building on a 50-year legacy of innovation, these machines have been engineered from the ground up to prioritise efficiency and productivity. By slashing the total cost of harvest and maximising throughput, the CR10 and CR11 represent a new benchmark for productivity and efficiency in the field.

The Power to Outperform

Efficiency starts under the hood, where the new CR series delivers the high-torque performance required for high-volume harvesting while maintaining impressive fuel economy. The CR10 is powered by a 12.9-liter Cursor 13 engine producing up to 472kW, while the CR11 features a 15.9-liter FPT Cursor 16 that generates a massive 578kW. By operating at a lower 1,900 rpm, these engines reduce noise and fuel consumption without sacrificing capacity. Furthermore, expanded fuel tanks – 1300 litres for the CR10 and 1500 gallons for the CR11- ensure you spend more time in the field and less time at the pump.

Unmatched Feeding and Threshing

To handle the highest crop volumes, New Holland has reengineered the entire machine flow, with a driveline and clean grain elevator designed to match its immense capacity. A new feeder driveline provides three distinct options, allowing you to tailor the machine to the specific needs of your operation for optimal feeding. This evolution extends to the clean grain elevator, which now offers a maximum throughput of up to 10,000 bushels per hour, ensuring the machine stays ahead of the crop even in the most challenging conditions.

The original Twin Rotor technology has been elevated to the next level with new 24-inch diameter rotors measuring 142 inches in length. Mounted in a wider, longer threshing compartment, these rotors allow for more crop rotation, resulting in gentler grain separation and maximum straw protection. To keep the harvest moving, a no-maintenance CVT drive offers precision control over rotor speed and reversing. If a blockage occurs, a fully automated deslugging procedure clears the path in seconds, saving you valuable time and equipment.

Precision Grain Savings and Automation

The CR10 and CR11 are designed to keep more grain in the tank and less on the ground. The new TwinClean cleaning system uses an innovative combination of increased cleaning area and automation to boost throughput and minimize loss regardless of condition or terrain. This system can compensate for uneven feeding and side slopes of up to 28%. Working in tandem with this is the IntelliSense combined automation, which monitors the grain camera and automatically controls fan speed and sieve openings to ensure a premium sample quality with minimal human intervention.

Industry-Leading Storage and Unloading

Keeping pace with high-output farming requires storage solutions that reduce downtime. The CR11 offers a massive 567-bushel grain tank—the largest currently available on the market—while the CR10 provides a substantial 455-bushel capacity. When it is time to empty, the system unloads at a blistering rate of up to 6 bushels per second. This expanded capacity reduces the total number of daily unload cycles, taking significant pressure off your operator team and allowing the entire operation to stay focused on the harvest.

The Ultimate in Comfort and Soil Care

The Harvest Suite Ultra cab provides a comfortable, high-tech workspace designed for the longest harvest days. With unmatched visibility and premium seating, all necessary controls are within easy reach. Full control of the harvest is facilitated by dual IntelliView 12 displays, which allow for efficient monitoring of critical machine functions, while a complete set of remote functions is accessible directly from the armrest.

Protecting the ground is just as vital as the crop itself. The CR10 and CR11 can be equipped with various tyre and track configurations, including optional SmartTrax front units that reduce ground pressure by 57% compared to standard tyres. In a first for the combine market, these machines can also be equipped with VF710/70 R42 duals, providing maximum traction and significantly reduced soil compaction to preserve the health of your fields for seasons to come.
