Power and Performance

At the core of the range are two models, the Fastrac 6260 and Fastrac 6300, delivering rated outputs of 212kW and 250kW respectively. These engines provide strong torque characteristics suited to heavy-draft applications and PTO-driven implements. The redesigned powertrain works in harmony with JCB’s Smart Transmission Control system, ensuring smooth acceleration, precise speed control, and efficient power delivery across a wide operating range. With a maximum road speed of up to 66 kph, the 6000 Series significantly reduces travel time between fields and job sites.

Advanced Technology and Precision Farming

Precision agriculture is a central focus of the Fastrac 6000 Series, with advanced guidance and control technologies integrated directly into the tractor. High-accuracy GPS guidance supported by dual satellite receivers enables faster line acquisition and improved repeatability. Automated headland turning and full ISOBUS compatibility allow seamless communication between tractor and implement, while JCB’s iCON control system provides a highly customisable operating interface.

Versatility and Handling

The 6000 Series is designed to perform a wide range of tasks throughout the farming year. Its four-wheel steering system offers multiple steering modes, improving manoeuvrability in the field. Front and rear three-point hitches, along with PTO options, support a broad selection of implements. On the Fastrac 6300, the optional Central Tyre Inflation System allows tyre pressures to be adjusted on the move, improving traction in soft ground while reducing tyre wear and fuel consumption on the road.

Safety, Stability, and Suspension

Safety remains a defining feature of the Fastrac design, and the 6000 Series builds on this reputation. A full-length rigid chassis, combined with advanced suspension and anti-roll bars, delivers stability under heavy loads and at speed. ABS anti-lock braking and large external disc brakes provide strong, consistent stopping performance, ensuring safe operation across both field and transport applications.

Operator Comfort and Cab Design

Operator comfort has been significantly enhanced in the 6000 Series through a spacious, centrally mounted cab that reduces fatigue during long working hours. Excellent all-around visibility, ergonomic control placement, and a choice of premium seating options contribute to a refined working environment. Automatic climate control, low noise levels, and optional infotainment functions further improve comfort.
