The Mercedes-Benz E-Class model line up is covered by Mercedes-Benz South Africa's extensive warranty of 2 years / Unlimited kilometres and a 5 year / 100 000km maintenance plan.

The warranty covers the vehicle against and issues in build quality, materials of construction, workmanship and manufacturing defects as long as all service intervals are met and only approved dealers and parts are used during routine maintenance.

 

The warranty does NOT cover consumable items such as:

  •     Non-service related fluid refills
  •     Brakes
  •     Clutches
  •     Wiper blades
  •     Batteries
  •     Tyres 
  •     Wheel balancing 
  •     Wheel alignment

We highly recommend thoroughly reading through the terms of warranty in your owners manual as certain parts, such as the drivetrain, may only be covered for certain distances or time frames.
