C50 battery replacement
First introduced to South Africa in 2014 the C50T sedan really didn't make that much of a splash. They sold in limited numbers and the nameplate was later discontinued.

You can still find them out there on the second hand market and if you do buy one you may find that it will require a new battery at some point.
We can show you how to replace that battery right at home with minimal tools and effort required.
You will need:
- Replacement battery of correct amperage and frame size
- 10mm wrench
- 13mm socket, extension and driver
Let's get it done.
1. Open the bonnet
2. Locate the battery
3. Use the 10mm wrench to remove the negative battery terminal
4. Use the wrench again to remove the positive terminal
5. Use the 13mm socket extension and driver to remove the hold down clamp
6. Exchange the battery
7. Reassemble in reverse order
