There are very few vehicles in South Africa that can stand up to the tough-as-nails construction of the Toyota Land Cruiser. The Land Cruiser 79 has forged a reputation that precedes it when it comes to capability and build quality.

Just like any other rugged off-roader, the Land Cruiser should have its wiperblades replaced regularly to ensure smooth operation when the going gets dirty. It is an easy job that can be done in a few minutes with no tools needed.

You will need:

Replacement wiper blades of the correct length
Soft cloth

Let's get it done

1. Lift the blade into the service position

2. Depress the clip to release the blade from the wiper arm

3. Install new wiper blade

4. Repeat on opposite side

5. Test system with water to ensure it works properly
