The Ford Everest is a very well-appointed and capable SUV, but to add some premium character to the model, Ford added a Wildtrak derivative. Under the bonnet, customers can expect a 3.0-litre, turbocharged, V6 diesel motor that produces 184 kW and 600 Nm of torque. The power is sent to all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.

The interior offers a plush environment with a host of tech to assist the driver and keep occupants entertained during trips. The Wildtrak variant also has specific details, such as unique wheels, contrast stitching on the dashboard and other trim pieces, as well as Wildtrak-specific front grille and bumper finishing. But before you sell your car quickly and easily here to get a deposit ready, you can search for new or used Ford Everest models on AutoTrader here to find the best deals.

Monthly instalment for a Ford Everest Wildtrak

Included in the price of a new Ford Everest Wildtrak is a 4-year / 120 000km warranty. However, a service plan remains optional, with a 6-year / 90 000km plan available. When writing this article, and without the optional service plan, you would need to pay R1 115 700 for a new Ford Everest Wildtrak.

If we take that figure and plug it into the AutoTrader Car Finance Calculator here, add a 10% deposit, which results in R111 570, set the repayment period to 72 months or 6 years and choose an estimated interest rate of prime +2%, which then results in 13.75%, we can find out what the estimated monthly instalment is.

With all the above-listed parameters in place, we calculate that the estimated monthly repayment for a Ford Everest Wildtrak comes to R20 557 per month. The total estimated interest will be R475 950, which means that the estimated total loan repayment comes to R1 480 080. Do note that these figures are merely estimates as it excludes service or banking fees and does not take into account your individual credit score which will greatly affect the loan terms and repayment figure.
