What’s it like to drive?

Reviewer's opinion

Our drive through the Garden Route and Klein Karoo took us over stunning mountain passes, historic routes and delivered breathtaking vistas which all put the new mu-X to the test. The new vehicle of course passed with flying colours, delivering an exceptionally comfortable yet very capable drive

Interior

What is the Isuzu mu-X like inside?

The interior is draped in fine leather with piano black and aluminium trim. There is plenty of space for the occupants and luggage as well as door card storage, USB, and 12v outlets.

The interior has a very upmarket feel with some of the non-touch surfaces coming across as rough and plastic-y. The mu-X blends its offroad chops and suburban DNA well and on the whole, is a very nice place to spend a few hours on the road.
