Spark of power
The Chevrolet Spark may longer be on sale as a new car but you will still find them on the secondhand market. Due to the average lifespan of a car battery only being around 2-3 years many of these models may be in need of a new battery. We can help though as this is a relatively easy job to do right at home.

You will need:
- Car battery for your year and model designation
- 10mm wrench or socket and socket wrench
Let's get it done!

1. Open the bonnet.

2. Use the 10mm wrench to remove the negative terminal.

3. Use the 10mm wrench to remove the positive terminal.

4. Use the 10mm wrench to remove the hold-down bracket.

5. Replace the battery and reconnect everything in reverse order
