Only shorter adults or younger kids will have sufficient legroom in row two (depending on the height of the driver, of course), with space for a person in the middle. There are no Isofix anchorage points but you can install traditional child seats thanks to top tether points. If you're after a family car with more comfort and safety features, rather opt for the Land Cruiser 300 or a Toyota Fortuner, or a Land Cruiser Prado.
Station Wagon variants benefit from new 60:40 split-folding second-row seats that can be tumbled forward for maximised cargo space.
Should you opt for the Land Cruiser 76 in VX trim, you get leather seats and a rearview camera.
