Latest Information on TVR Sagaris
The TVR Sagaris was a sports car built between 2005 and 2006. It made its first debut to motoring press at the Earl's Court MPH03 Auto Show in 2003. This happened almost a decade after the Cerbera was first shown. The pre-production model then appeared at the 2004 Birmingham Motor Show prior to its 2005 release. The Sagaris was an aggressive looking TVR with slashes in its T350-derived bodywork that made all the automaker’s previous models look meek. The car was built/designed with endurance racing in mind and was based on the TVR T350. For their road-legal race car, TVR designers made extensive use of carbon fibre in its build to decrease weight. Under the bonnet is a powerful TVR straight six engine from the Tucsan S that puts out 300 kW.
