Latest Information on Mitsubishi Tredia
The Mitsubishi Tredia was produced from 1982 to 1990. It sat between the Galant and Lancer models in Mitsubishi’s passenger vehicle offerings. It was a front-wheel drive and had a MacPherson strut/independent trailing arm suspension. The Tredia had the option of three engines: a 1.4-litre putting out 51 kW, a 1.6-litre putting out 55 kW, and a turbocharged 1.6-litre putting out 85 kW. It also shared many parts with the Mitsubishi Cordia as they were built side by side. The Tredia was facelifted in 1983 and in 1984 it received a four-wheel drive option. Engines were also redone in 1985 to allow them to run on unleaded fuel. In addition, a naturally aspirated 1.8-litre engine with power outputs of 70 kW and 101 kW (turbocharged) were introduced in 1990.
