What is the Reform Metrac H75 Pro?
This is a specialist tractor that features a low center of gravity, hydrostatic transmission, and possibility to manage two implements at a time, this model is designed to perform with safety and comfort in hilly land. The Reform impressed TOTY judges with its capabilities on slopes, making it ideal for buffer zones and marginal lands. The Reform Metrac is a very versatile tool carrier tractor which has been especially designed for hill use, of which it has been used with great success in hill farming and municipality work regardless of the weather for more than 5 decades.
What powers this winning machine?
This specialist machine makes use of a tried and tested four-cylinder Perkins engine that offers 56kW at a rated engine speed of 2200rpm, with 300Nm of torque available at 1600rpm. A two-stage hydrostatic transmission puts the power to the ground with a 40kph maximum speed.

The high efficiency of the electro-hydraulic power shift PTO provides power precisely when it is needed. The automatic soft start ensures smooth starting of attachments. This model also features a 3-point linkage at front and rear with an impressive 1500kg lifting force. Easy mounting of different attachments. For machines like the Metrac which offer extreme hill capability, optimum soil protection, and maximum safety are crucial for the operator and machine.The intelligent 4 wheel steering system of the new Metrac allows 5 steering modes: front, rear, 4 wheel and crab steering. This model also features an optimized all-terrain chassis. This includes an engine and cab which have been mounted at center of gravity to further improve the hill capability. In addition to this, the front axle oscillation of up to 15° ensures maximum ground contact at all times. Furthermore, the standard 4 wheel drive allows maximum power transfer to the ground through optimum distribution of the driving forces to both axles.
Operator comfort
Another highlight for TOTY jury was the fact that this machine offered a cabin which featured very low vibrations. It also has a versatile digital radio with touchscreen. The comfortable heating and air conditioning of the Metrac H75 features automatic temperature control. Engineers have placed the fresh air intake on the left side of the vehicle, which prevents dust from entering into the cockpit. Finally, the use of a glass door has not only widened the entry, but also greatly improved the all-round view. A hinged rear window and a rear window is also available.
