Without much fanfare, Hyundai has dropped the garden-variety i10 and left us with a refreshed Grand i10, making it the smallest offering in their stable at the moment. For the 2018 year, they've updated the model range to now include an entry-level 1.0-litre model in two trim levels, with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox.

The range-topper now is the Grand i10 1.25 Glide manual that we've tested here. With its dressed up interior and rather an impressive spec level, it punches well above its weight. Coming in at R202 900 at the time of testing, it certainly represents great value for rather little money.
