Promise

Although there are many ways in which components can fail, the Peugeot Pride Programme serves as insurance for owners. While Peugeot guarantees all parts and accessories supplied by Peugeot, and fitted at the time of the purchase of the Partner model, to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Should any component fail within the 5-year / 100 000km period which starts at the date of the vehicle registration, the warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of the original and approved parts. Furthermore, it also covers consequential damage to the vehicle resulting from the first defective part.

Terms

To benefit for the entire warranty period, customers should adhere to the servicing schedule which for the Peugeot partner is every 15 000 km. Owners should also not attempt any repairs outside of the contractual period of the parts warranty as this will void the parts and labour warranty. Damage caused by driver abuse or negligence is also not covered and this will be determined during the technical evaluation during a claim.

Like all manufacturers, Peugeot does not cover wearing parts, unless it has failed outside of its normal wear and tear environment. Tyres are also not covered but customers should enquire with the tyre manufacturer about warranties that might be in place. Damage occurred due to natural causes such as hail storms is also on the exclusions list.
