How to top up screen wash on an Audi Q5

No matter the season, keeping a clear windscreen is very important for safe driving. Compromising your vision ahead is a recipe for disaster. We show you how to refill your washer system to keep your windscreen clear at all times.

Clear vision ahead

Keeping your windscreen clear is imperative to safe driving. You can do this by washing your windscreen regularly at a service station or with the vehicles onboard system. The onboard system does need to be refilled regularly and we are going to show you how in just a few easy steps.

You will need:

• Clean water
• Washer fluid additive

Let's get started!

1. Open the bonnet
2. Locate the washer fluid bottle,it is marked as No.1 in the accompanying picture.
3. Open the lid and fill with clean water
4. Add two tablespoons of washer fluid soap or as directed on the packaging.
5. Replace the lid.
6. Close the bonnet 
7. Test the system to ensure it works sufficiently.
