How to top up screen wash on a Volvo XC90

We show you how to refill or top up your windscreen washer fluid in your Volvo XC90 to ensure that you are able to clear your windscreen when needed.

Car Ownership

If you're able to recall the pre-trip inspection you had to do as part of your driver's license, and subsequently before each and every trip you take in your car, you will know that checking the windscreen for damage and debris is a critical step. A clear line of sight is crucial to your safety and wellbeing.

Not only is it dangerous to drive with a dirty windscreen, but it's also fatiguing as well. Your eyes will constantly be straining to make out the road ahead through the dirty windscreen and this can lead to premature drowsiness and impaired eyesight. This is particularly relevant on long journeys.
