How to top up screen wash on a Honda Jazz

When the windshield washer fluid on your Honda Jazz runs low, top off your reservoir with ease.

Here is a simple ‘How to’ guide to add windshield washer fluid to your Honda Jazz reservoir when it runs low.

 

Step 1: Park the vehicle on a level surface, and set the parking brake.

 

Step 2: Pull the bonnet release handle under the dashboard at the driver’s side.

The bonnet will pop up slightly.

Step 3: Push the bonnet latch lever in the centre of the bonnet to release the lock mechanism, and open the bonnet.

 

 

Step 4: Remove the support rod from the clamp using the grip. Mount the support rod in the bonnet.

 

 

Step 5: Locate the reservoir. Check the amount of window washer fluid by looking at the reservoir. If the level is low, fill the washer reservoir. Pour the washer fluid carefully. Do not overflow the reservoir.

Step 6: When closing the bonnet, remove the support rod, and stow it in the clamp, then gently lower the bonnet. Remove your hand at a height of approximately 30 cm and let the bonnet close.
