Newer style LED headlights do have a longer lifespan than cheaper Halogen units but many cars just like the Peugeot 208 still make use of these style bulbs. You can expect your halogen bulbs to last at least a few years but you will eventually need to replace them as they burn out.

6. Remove the old bulb.

7. Install the new bulb.

8. Replace the clip and electrical plug.

9. Replace cap.

10. Test that the bulbs are working correctly.

PRO TIP: DO NOT touch the glass area on the new bulbs as oils on your skin can contaminate the glass. If you do touch the glass make sure to wipe it down with a soft cloth before fully installing the globe.

If you are replacing one globe you may as well replace the other as side as well as the lifespans of the bulbs are more or less the same.
