Lifespan
Wiper blades have a shorter lifespan than you might think and it is recommended that you change them on an annual basis. The rubber composite used in the manufacturing of wiper blades are soft and will protect your windscreen from scratches, however, this means that they are bound to start cracking and losing its effectiveness in around 18 months. This estimation is greatly reduced if your vehicle spends a lot of time in the sun as the UV rays dry and harden the rubber at a quicker rate.

What do you need?
It is a simple procedure and you will only need the replacement wiper blades and a soft cloth.
Let's start
1. Lift the wiper blades away from the windscreen into their service positions.
2. Gently press the clips and push the wiper blades down to release it from the wiper arms.
3. Align the clip of the new blade into place and gently press upwards until you hear a click.
4. Before lowering the wiper blades back onto the windscreen, use the soft cloth to clean the windscreen and remove any dirt that could cause scratching.
5. Lower the wiper blades back onto the windscreen and test the onboard water system.
