Tyre pressure conundrum

Nearly a year after Mercedes-Benz SA launched the GLC, the sleek and stylish coupe version was unwrapped on local shores. The luxury SUV's sloped roofline gives the GLC a stunning yet sporty appearance that is only accentuated by the large wheels and tyres that fill the arches.

The GLC coupe is equipped as standard with 19" wheels, but most derivatives that we have seen will have 20|" wheels and tyres fitted. A tyre pressure monitoring system will alert the driver if the air pressure in any of the tyres drops below the specified limit and the driver will have to reinflate the tyre as possible.

Inflation figures

If you are unsure of what the wheel and tyre combo is supposed to be inflated to, you can consult the owner's manual or check the driver's door jamb for the required information. Mercedes Benz recommends the following for the front and rear axles.
