Fastest Renault Clio 5

In the past, there have been a few very quick Renault Clio models, such as the RS 200 Trophy model. However, at the time of writing this article, the Renault Clio 5, regardless of the trim selected, offers a 1.0-litre, turbocharged, 3-cylinder petrol engine coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Thus, whether you go for the entry-level Life variant of the flagship Intens derivative, the sprint from 0-100 km/h will take around 11.8 seconds and the top speed will remain identical at 187 km/h.

Verdict

All three variants of the Renault Clio 5 come equipped with the same powertrain and drivetrain configuration, meaning that all three derivatives have similar performance figures. As such all of them are equally fast.
