Volkswagen recently introduced a Polo sedan range locally. Like the Volkswagen Polo hatch, the sedan models look very stylistic and feature the latest in comfort and convenience systems from the German automaker. The Polo sedan is offered in two trim levels with the higher specified Life variant also available with either a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
Under the bonnets of the entire Polo sedan range, it features a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol motor, capable of 81 kW and 152 Nm of torque. The range is quite frugal too, with Volkswagen claiming the Polo sedan should return an average fuel consumption figure of 6.2 L / 100 km.
