The Mitsubishi Xpander has been available globally for quite some time, however, only made its first local appearance in 2021. The model which is classified as an MPV hides it well as it looks more like a crossover or SUV. Thus, the Xpander combines the practicality of an MPV with the attractive styling of models that are larger or even more utilitarian.
The Mitsubishi Xpander offers owners no less than seven seats, ample for even larger families. However, with all seven seats occupied, owners can expect the boot, which is rated at 781-litres, to be reduced in size. The boot, however, can expand to 1608-litres with both the third and second rows of seats folded flat. In terms of power, the MPV comes fitted with a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol producing 77 kW and 141 Nm of torque. The powertrain can be coupled to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
