Verdict
As can be seen, by the side-by-side comparison between the two available powertrains in the Suzuki Grand Vitara, they both offer very similar performance. However, where the hybrid variant returns a claimed average fuel consumption figure of 5.6 L / 100 km, the naturally-aspirated and unassisted variants claim to consume an average of 6.0 L / 100 km.
In terms of the actual performance, the Suzuki Grand Vitara isn't going to set any lap records at your local track day, however, the power and torque should prove ample for day-to-day use and even on those holiday adventures where you might need to tow a small trailer.
