The driving technology of the new Golf 8 R surpasses that of all prior Golf R model launches. A 2.0-litre four-cylinder EA 888 engine produces the235 kW and 400 Nm of torque. In a mere 4.8 seconds, the new Golf 8 R can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h and top speed is a walloping 250 km/h. With this state-of-the-art drivetrain, and according to VW, the most advanced all-wheel drive in its class, the Golf 8 R is sure to dazzle.
