What is a smash and grab window tint?

It is a protective safety film that is put over your vehicle’s windows to help prevent smash and grab incidents. The safety film is tinted in order to keep people from seeing into the car. It also prevents the windows from shattering in case of any incidents.

Does it benefit my insurance premium?

Some insurers do provide a discounted premium to vehicle owners who install a window safety film on their vehicles.
