If your budget is between R360 000 and R800 000, there's plenty to choose from on the AutoTrader sales site. We've rounded up a few sexy GLC models that offer good value, and low(ish) mileage at the best possible price. Take a look...

1. Mercedes-Benz GLCs priced from R369 000 to R400 000

The least expensive Merc GLC is this gunmetal grey model GLC250d 4MATIC from 2016, the GLC's launch year in SA. It's remarkably low on the kilos - only 60 000 km. This engine is a 2.1-litre turbodiesel and offers a nice combo of power and fuel efficiency. 4MATIC means it's all-wheel drive. This is probably the best deal on AutoTrader you'll find at present. It's in Pretoria Central.

2. Mercedes-Benz GLCs priced from R400 000 to R500 000

The person at the dealership who took these pics shouldn't give up their day job, right? But that doesn't take away from what a great deal this is on a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC250 4MATIC. This model has a panoramic roof, and the previous owner specified a better sound system, among other things. Only 68 000 km on the odo, too. You'll also enjoy its 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 155kW.

3. Mercedes-Benz GLCs priced from R500 000 to R600 000

A perky performer is up for grabs in Sandton Central. This GLC300 4MATIC at R529 900 (a 2016 model ) has lowish kilos for its price; 64 000, to be exact. The first owner also went crazy with the optional extras so you can enjoy all those expensive add-ons without really paying for it yourself. The 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine has meaty 180kW on tap.

4. Mercedes-Benz GLCs between R600 000 and R700 000

No shortage of white GLCs here, but I think we all agree that the GLC looks rather classy in its blanc de blanc suit. This 2018 model GLC250d 4MATIC has 50 140 km on the clock and looks as though its previous owner cared for it very much. It features the sporty AMG Line styling pack by the looks of it, and has plenty of added specs including a sunroof. R649 950.

5. Merc GLCs priced from R700 000 to R800 000

Lots of nearly-new GLCs with low kilos can be found in this segment of the used market, like this 2019 GLC250d 4MATIC with 14 000 km in Bedfordview for R728 000.
