With an increased push towards more environmentally friendly modes of mobility, there is a growing demand for so-called 'vegan' interiors that replace leathers with synthetic and recycled materials. Here are the 10 vehicle brands with vegan interior options found locally.
The world is an ever evolving space in which trends are catered for by those offering products and services. Automakers are no different, providing those with the means to afford personal mobility with a variety of vehicle types to suit their personal lifestyles and tastes. As the trend of producing more environmentally friendly vehicle increases, items such as 'vegan' interiors, which are basically leather and other animal product-free spaces are becoming more popular. We have compiled a lift of ten vehicles and brand brands that offer vegan interior options in their vehicles. Despite leather being associated with luxury, many of the brands featured on our list are premium automakers. Ironically, most entry-level vehicles have featured vinyl-clad or cloth-covered interior trim components for decades, making them vegan before it was cool.
