Ferrari Hot Lap competition Terms & Conditions

•   Entry is only available to South African residents who are aged 18 years and older
•   The competition is not open to: directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of the AutoTrader, Pablo Clark or the Naspers’s group of companies or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a competition; and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified in above.
•   Entrants must complete the Consumer Insight Survey on the AutoTrader website, in order to be eligible for the draw. 
•   The survey ends midnight Sunday, 17th January 2021
•   Winners to be drawn by Friday, 29th January 2021
•   Winners to be announced by Friday, 5th February 2021 (AutoTrader retains the right to change the announcement date without prior communication).
•   The prize is 1 of 3 Ferrari Hot Lap track experiences valued from R15,000 each
•   Dates: Experience days to be confirmed by Pablo Clark directly
•   The prize winner will redeem their prize directly with the organiser - AutoTrader South Africa is not liable for the availability, utilization and redemption of the prize.
•   The survey prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other form of prizes.
•   The survey prize is non-transferable.
•   The survey prize cannot be converted into cash.
•   This prize only admits the participating winner. Any unused portion of the ticket is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash nor any other forms of credit.
•   Notification and claiming the Prize: Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility, together with a certified copy of his/her unendorsed identification details. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
•   COVID19: Should experience days get delayed for any reason, the prize will be transferred to the next available date, subsequent to the delay.
•   Changes or Cancellation may incur additional charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The winners are responsible to pay any such additional charges and AutoTrader and the organiser will not take responsibility for any additional costs associated with any such changes or cancellations, to the original booking requested by the winners.
•   There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the experience amount is less than the stipulated value.
•   The winner may add services or stay additional nights, however the winners are responsible for any additional costs.
•   The experience is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
•   All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation, and this experience cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the winners.
•   The experience cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Hotel or Airline and incurred by the winners.
•   Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of AutoTrader and the organiser.
•   The experience admission is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
•   Proof of age and physical residency will be required to claim the prize and are at the discretion of the organiser.
•   AutoTrader and the organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.
