Refreshed Honda HR-V Reaches South Africa

Honda Motor Southern Africa has launched its refreshed Honda HR-V. Here's what you need to know.

This latest iteration is now streamlined into a single derivative: the Elegance. The brand claims that the new Elegance model merges the best features of the previous Comfort and Executive variants.

Exterior

The exterior has been updated, with a front fascia that now boasts a redesigned, body-coloured grille. At the back, a full-LED taillight strip and high-gloss lower bumper have been added. There are also new dual-tone 18-inch wheels.

Five colours are available:

  • Pearlescent: Crystal Black Pearlescent, Opal White Pearlescent

  • Metallic: Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, Ignite Red Metallic

Interior

The centre console has been redesigned and now features two USB ports (Type A and Type C). The 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system now has wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
