Auto gearbox

The addition of an automatic transmission is now offered alongside the 6-speed manual 4x2 version.

The Landwind 5 remains to be powered by a 140 kW, 2.0-litre, turbocharged engine, that develops 250 Nm of torque at 2800 – 4400 rpm sent to the front wheels via the 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Acceleration of 0-100 takes place in under 13 seconds. Local journalists who have tested the vehicle have said that it’s a good vehicle to drive and is predictable to manoeuvre. It has impressive overtaking speed and provides ample ride-comfort over irregular road-surfaces.

The auto variant features several luxurious features and includes an electric sunroof, leather seats, a multifunctional steering wheel and AT cruise as standard.

Infotainment

The flagship model now features an Interactive Touch Screen panel that gives you the freedom to enjoy the latest technology. The main features include:

  • Rearview camera
  • Bluetooth
  • GPS navigation
  • FM radio
  • Audio player
  • Video player
  • The Android operating system is USB compatible
